I have NEVER spent $700 per NIGHT and been soooooooooooo disappointed! First of all the check-in line. And convenient as the concert was at the Forum. So we paid for a very expensive room thinking how luxurious it would be. Like many of the other reviewers I warn you to stay away! We had a horrible experience! We were so excited to see Adele in concert and wanted to make it a really special trip. It’s a good place to visit but not to stay.… It’s disappointing to see Caesars give the hotel less attention than the main level in terms of maintenance, cleanliness and service. I also received nothing for the cleaning issues. So I had to call the front desk to make sure the items they charged us were correct. When checking out, the invoice does not say which items you bought from the mini bar. The system was down when we checked in so we had to stand in a long line despite already completing mobile check in. The check in and check out process was not great either. It took a couple of calls to the front desk and visits from housekeeping to clean everything. The minibar was also not full and had opened drinks from the prior guests. We would also later find nail clippings in the corner. It looked like someone sprayed champagne. Immediately we noticed stains on the ceiling in the living room area. The elevators, walls and even the doors inside and outside the room had damage like parts peeling off. The same cannot be said about the hotel itself, specifically the Julius tower. You can tell everything on the main level is well maintained. The main downstairs is great! Plenty of great food & bar options.
